Km77 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the km77 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the km77 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and km77 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of those amendments.
The km77 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. km77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Registering with false information or under another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login details with anyone. km77 will never ask for your password via email or message. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Km77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a national ID or passport — at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or during a security review. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Operating multiple accounts under a single individual is a violation of these terms. km77 employs various technical methods to detect duplicate registrations, including checks on IP addresses, devices, and payment information. Any duplicate accounts found will be closed, and any remaining balances may be forfeited.
User Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the km77 platform agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with platform operations. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking attempts, system manipulation, or the use of automation software, bots, or scripts to exploit games or bonus systems.
- Using the platform for any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- Distributing harmful, offensive, or disruptive content that affects other users is strictly prohibited.
- Transferring funds between accounts without official authorisation is strictly prohibited.
- Using payment information that does not belong to you is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or the payment system may result in immediate account termination.
Km77 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund freezing, or reporting the matter to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the km77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct transfers to local bank accounts. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
Deposits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. km77 does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment service provider may impose their own charges. Deposited funds are typically credited to your account promptly, depending on the method used.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with established procedures. Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification. km77 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal if there are concerns regarding your account, including suspected fraud or breaches of terms. Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method selected and the security checks carried out.
Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property
Km77 Limitation of Liability
The km77 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. km77 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or technical delays. km77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control, including network failures or power outages.
Km77 is not responsible for betting outcomes or any losses incurred by users. Users bear full responsibility for their own decisions when using the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the km77 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the property of km77 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from km77.
Third-Party Links
The km77 platform may contain links to third-party services for informational purposes. km77 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing any external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend
Km77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically. The effective date of the latest version will be noted at the top of this document.
Account Termination & Suspension
Km77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, fraud, or upon request from the relevant authorities. Users may also request account closure by contacting customer support. Any legitimate funds in a voluntarily closed account will be returned once the review process is complete.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the km77 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved voluntarily, both parties agree to refer the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction.
